How to order?
We only ship within EU!
First you choose on the different sites, which plants you want to buy and do following:
On the e-mail to cntrendplants@gmail.com you write:
- Your name.
- Adress.
- Your e-mail
- Phone number
- Plants you want to buy.
You send the e-mail and will then receive an order confirmation with what we can deliver, costs and how to pay.
Delivery.
We deliver with GLS.
It takes normally 2 days in order handling and approximately 5 working days in transport = 7 working days. You receive a track & trace number.
We ship only barerooted plants.
Attached plant pass.
The transport cost with GLS to all EU countries are following:
- 0-1 kg = 25 euro
- 1-5 kg = 30 euro
- More than 5 kg will be informed to you.
Trading terms.
You have according to Danish law always 14 days to regret your purchase after the plants arrived.
If the plants are returned you must pay for the transport cost and we pay you the plant value back depend of the quality of the returned after arrival.
We always pack the plants carefully, but are there anything quality wise you will complain about, you can do this the first 14 days after arrival. Just inform us. If you will return the plants you have 14 days after arrival and we return the costs of the plants (not transport) after our evaluation.
The two years right to claim are not valid for plants.
